The Franklin Hotel refuses to accommodate our early check-in because we had a migraine, so we had to wait. Then, Dwight met us at the restaurant. He offered to go to the urgent care and fetch Advil, and even left us a farewell greeting card when we checked out. It was an exemplary experience and we will return.
