A :
1. Register as our member.
2. Start hotel search and select desired accommodation dates.
3. Complete the booking details.
4. Complete payment and receive hotel voucher in your email.
A : Credit Card Visa/Master, ATM Transfer, KlikBCA
A : After completing your payment, we will send your hotel voucher to the registered email address within 30 minutes. You can use this voucher to check-in at the hotel by showing it from your mobile phone or bringing the printed out voucher.

All About Room Rates

A : Yes, it does. Room rates at Lalalaway.com already include tax and service charges. A booking fee of IDR 50,000 is simply requested upon payment.
A : No. Room rates are negotiated for the period of the flash sale. But be aware that usually, some hotels will set a higher rate during peak season, such as long weekends, school holidays, Idul Fitri, Christmas, and New Year.
A : Most hotels only allow one child to stay in the same room with two adults (Double or Twin room type), with or without an extra bed. Should you wish to bring more than one child to stay in the same room, contact our Happy Customer service 021-26535599 .

All About Room Types

A : Make sure that you search the hotel with additional info "Breakfast Included". Room type with remarks of "Room Only" means that it doesn't come with breakfast.
A : Make sure you book a room with the type Double or Twin. Those types of room has the capacity for two people. Double room type means it fits two people with one large bed, meanwhile Twin room type means it fits two people with two beds
A : Single room means the room only fits one person. If breakfast is included, it means that the breakfast is only for one person.

All About Booking

A : Cancellations or changes to your booking can be made depending on the terms and conditions of the hotel that you booked at. Cancellations or changes usually will be charged an additional fee. For further information regarding cancellations or changes, contact us at 021-26535599

All About Hotel Voucher & Check-in

A : When payment has been completed and you have received the hotel voucher in your email, it means your booking had been confirmed and verified. When you check-in to the hotel, make sure you bring a printed voucher or show the email to the front desk officer and also bring your identity card.
A : First, make sure you have entered a valid email address during the booking process. If you are sure that you had given a valid email address, you can then, check the junk or spam folder in your email. If you have not received the hotel voucher after 30 minutes upon completing the payment, please contact our Happy Customer service at 021-26535599
